All congress abstracts must be submitted online via the “Online Submission System.”

This is decided by the Organizing Committee after the abstract submission deadline. It should be assumed that there will be no late-breaking call for additional abstracts.

There are no limitations on the number of abstracts that an individual can submit.

There is no fee to submit an abstract.

The content must not have been published previously in a copyrighted, peer reviewed journal (such as Clinical Chemistry) by any one or more of the submitting authors.

Yes, for oral or poster abstracts, the first author listed should be the presenting author.

Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the corresponding author. Please make sure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after making your submission. If you do not receive this e-mail confirmation, it means we have not received your abstract. If you are sure you have submitted it, check to make sure you sent it to the correct e-mail address.

Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline.

A notification email with full details regarding the session that you have been assigned will be released in August 2017.

At least one person representing the poster presentation must be present during the session to answer questions.

You can receive the certificate of presentation onsite during the conference. Detailed information will be announced later.

Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding, presenting and abstract submitting authors by August 11, 2017

One of the abstracts authors should register for the congress and prepare the presentation according to the type of presentation. Guidelines for presentation will be informed to individual e-mails.

If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by August 31, 2017, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

The abstract submitter needs to send an email to info@lmce-kslm.org with the abstract number and title, asking for withdrawal.
